Interview Details

Emails clarified qualifications between Adecco and hiring company. Once accepted, one interview, one day filling out contract documents, started working within a week. The interview covered my presentation of factual documents, projects and supporting information, a cultural and personal probe for fit and my ability to analyze and respond with decisive clarity and communicate well with explanations and skills. The people were team players, highly supportive and very fair. If still out of permanent work, would definitely return if offered, the downside is no holiday pay and benefits. One is self-employed.
