    Interview

    Phone interview with recruiter, then a week later interview with 2 District Managers, followed up with another phone interview with the RVP a week later. About 20 min. After the call I got the job offer. Interview process is very good and educational. Did not do any role playing like other reviews have stated.

    Interview

    Phone screening, Interview with 2 District Managers, Phone interview with Regional Staff. All in all very thorough and educational throughout. No surprise questions. Very good feedback, no second guessing. The process was explained very clearly and up front. Use STAR in answering questions Situation or Task Action taken Result. Interviews felt more like conversations than rapid fire questioning.

    The interview was performed by the division manager and district manager with basic store operations questions including details about a P & L statement, inventory control, and employee training. The interview process was driven primarily in driving sales including commercial accounts and developing the talent the store needed to better serve the customer, retaining current staff to deliver a profitable store and following policies and procedures to ensure the store was successful.

    Was hired within one week very poorly ran place. Filled out the app online. Went the next week and talked to the manager had an Interview the next day then was hired after my drug test and back ground check came back.

    The interview was simple and quick. It took two weeks to get a return on back ground check and MVR status. I was interviewed by two men for the job as their delivery driver. I was asked various questions about vehicles, delivering parts, and up selling.
