    Very easy. Called me in for the interview and we just talked about what I wanted and if I was interested in the position. They refer you to the company and if they like you then they ask for another interview. After that they will give an offer or decline.

    Met with both owners on multiple occasions. They had in-depth questions regarding background, experiences, etc. They also painted a very open and hones picture of their current challenges and culture as well as where they were hoping to go.
