The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Advecor in April 2012.

Interview Details – I was referred to the company through a staffing company, I was interviewed in the conference room by the VP of sales, the Lead Client Services Coordinator, and a data services manager. I did bring multiple copies of my resume which was helpful, but most of the panel never looked at it. The office attire is very casual even though I wore a suit. The phrase work hard play hard was repeated several times during my interview and I still have doubts about the work life balance. The office is very well kept, contemporary, and also has a well stocked break room.

Negotiation Details – I was referred to the company through a staffing company which seems how they get a lot of their new employees, but all negotiations were done by the staffing company.
