Very Easy Interview
I applied online - interviewed at Aflac in May 2013.
Interview Details – The interview was very standard. I was interviewing at a St. Charles, IL office. I was only asked behavioral type interview questions. I was offered the internship on the spot after my interview. After accepting the offer, I did not get contacted for a long time and felt like they had forgot about me. I found that to be very unprofessional. I left several messages and emails before anyone got back in touch with me with more details on the start date. Once I finally started, I was sent to training on Aflac. I was not reimbursed for getting a license to sell insurance. I did not really like the position but if someone else is interested and good at sales they would be good at the job. You need to be very self motivated and disciplined as the job is 100% commission when you start.
Interview Question – Again, nothing out of the ballpark. Very standard behavioral questions for the sales position. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No negotiation. The job is commission based.
The process took a day - interviewed at Aflac in May 2012.
Interview Details – met with a regional manager. Hardly asked any questions, he gave a presentation
Pros: You get comfortable making cold calls and presenting in front of higher-ups from other companies. – Full Review
