Interview Details – It was an on campus interview for a coop position, consisted with 2 1:1 back to back interviews and followed by a phone interview around 10 days later. It mainly consisted about the resume and the projects done with some general HR questions.

Interview Details – Received a phone call from the HR representative. After description of the position, set up a phone interview with potential hiring managers and director of the department. The phone interview lasted about an hour. Few days after the interview, HR contacted to set up a on-site interview. Flew me out to the company, and stayed at a hotel overnight. Hiring managers came out to have dinner together. At the on-site interview, the interview consisted of providing additional information on the position, and spoke with 5 different invidividuals. During the interview, everything sounded great, the people were nice, the upper management was even nicer. The work culture seemed to revolve around working diligently to make sure that the products were getting to the market.
Interview Question – Have you ever had to deal with an issue or problems with others? And how did you resolve it. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I was able to negotiate a signing bonus, plus extended accomodations for corporate housing.

Interview Details – Interviewed with the hiring district manager, with a non-hiring district manager and regional director.
Negotiation Details – When they offered me a base salary, I negotiated for a higher salary
