Interview Details – I applied for the job online. About a week later HR called and asked if I'd like to do an interview in a couple of days. Took the interview with HR and they asked me basic questions about me then made me critique myself at my previous job. Went back the next day for an interview with an account manager and they just gaged my personality and then set up a day to come back and take the level 2 non-commisioned officer's test. Came back again, gave them all of required documents (ID, SS Card, Diploma.) Then, took a drug test. Finally, took that level 2 test and after passing, signed what seemed like 200 hiring documents, got fingerprinted afterwards. Got a nice new employee badge and then a post was assigned a few days later.

No Offer – Interviewed in Austin, TX Sep 2011 – Reviewed Sep 25, 2011
Interview Details – First had a pre-screening phone interview which during that interview was told they would schedule a phone interview with the Area HR Manager. Then had phone interview with Area HR Manager (lasted 20 minutes) resulting in asking me to come in for face to face interview. Had face to face interview with the same Area HR Manager at the Austin office, was told that would be a final panel interview if I made it. Within 2 days, got called back to have a panel interview with 4 people. Lasted about an hour, and was told the Area HR Manager would tell me the result the following week. I NEVER heard back from her, and left her a message after waiting the week and still never got a response. It was really weird and gave me my final opinion of the company so it is a blessing in disguise.

Interview Details – Process begain with online application followed by phone interview with hiring manager. After success at that step, there was a 1 on 1 personal interview with hiring manager. Next was an online personality profile test and online job application. Finally, there was a group interview with human resources staff and operations managers in three different groups. I felt this was a very professional process. All of my questions about the company were answered. I felt that the process was well-organized and structured. Even though the total length of the process took time, in my opinion it was handled well and seemed very fair.
