Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Allstate in November 2012.

Interview

Phone interview with HR about 8 weeks after applying, this lasted about 20min. Followup phone interview with 2 engineers about a week later. HR then contacted me again and scheduled a 1 hour panel interview onsite with three people about a week later. Invited back onsite for a second interview. This time another 1 hour panel interview about two weeks later. This time with 7 people, although the itinerary sent to me only showed 4 people.

Interview Questions

  • No real difficult questions, the situation of 7 people at once in a 1 hour panel interview was unexpected and threw me off a bit though.   Answer Question
