    Interview Details

Applied online with this company Sept 2014.The HR recruiter called me asked me some questions she then told me the hourly rate which was a bit below what I was making but she pushed the flexible hours and that seemed like a plus to me.She then told me the whole HR team was new.. first red light went off.She then sent me the link for my time slotted interview and the assessment test. Before I took said test I told her I worked for one of the 6 companies Alorica use to be 7 plus years ago please check to see if I can be rehired. She then sent me an email saying all good good luck on Friday. Went into said interview to which they stated I was well overqualified for said position and asked if I wanted to be a manger I said no her response was good because you pretty much stay a sales person.. After a very awkward moment to say the least and a total waste of my time driving 35 miles to get there she sees I have worked at one of the companies that no longer exists takes my resume to some other guy mind you she spoke with me for 5 minutes and said I am so qualified that the other manager doesnt need to talk with me They have to go to the senior manager someone I worked with 7 years ago, I then said why did I even come here if I had no chance of being rehired? to which she replied oh you are able to be rehired we just have to run it through so and so..I thought this company may have been more organized, but alas not so I realized the man in charge of rehiring me was the same man that let me go after 7 years of being the top performer for being negative, yes I may have been negative the company was sold 6 times and my daughter was in the intensive care unit and almost died so they let me go on December 21, 4 days from Christmas and 3 days after they learned my daughter was fighting for her life..Interview was degrading, unorganized and down right humiliating.
