Summer Sales Interview

Summer Sales

I applied through college or university and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Altria in April 2009.

Interview Details – Before my initial interviews I went to a networking session where I got to meet a lot of people from the company including upper-level managers. It really showed me how dedicated they were to recruiting top talent. I had my first interview with a group of two employees. After they decided who would make it to the next round, they took those people to dinner where you got to talk to employees more about their daily work routine. Then the second round of interviews was held with a group of three employees that were all higher level managers. Then the final round of interviews consisted of a daily in the field where you got to do out and see what a typical day is like to see if you think you would like to do the job for the summer.

Interview Question – How would you describe an effective manager?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – No
