Interview Details – Hiring process was conducted mostly by telephone through the recruiting office and the area manager's office. Went smoothly even though I had some inaccurate info on U5 that FINRA investigated(Not a client complaint) and passed on.
Interview Question – Quetions were very standard, did not present a problem Answer Question

Interview Details – Informational Interview, Round 1 at job fair (one 45min session), Round 2 in the office with two leaders (30mins each). Round 2 had info session and meet and greet. Focus on situational questions and leadership questions.
Interview Question – What makes you want to work for AMPF? What do you know about the leadership program? Why do you want to be a part of the rotational program? Answer Question

Interview Details –
It has been a while since I interviewed. 2 levels of interviews.
Peer - standard situational questions.
Leader - standard questions about relocation, ambition etc.
Offer extended over phone. In a tight market, I was able to negotiate 5K more.

Question list is supplied by HR. Standard questions like
1. How do you resolve conflict with others at work place?
2. How do you provide positive feedback?
3. How do you provide negative feedback?
Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Market was tight for PMs when I interviewed. They didn't offer relocation. I negotiated 5K signon bonus.

Interview Details – They called me to do a phone interview first. It was very short and just asked a few background questions around customer service. The next part was scheduled as an intelligence quiz. It was a short quiz that involved math and reasoning questions. It was pretty simple and basic. After passing the quiz I was scheduled to meet with one of the sales managers and an HR representative. Not all of the interviews are done with the HR person. The interview was similar to other interviews until they asked me to do an impromptu role play of a phone conversation. I did not feel I did well on that but showing that I could handle the sudden task was enough to offer me the job.
Interview Question – There was a role play question about setting an appointment over the phone. Answer Question

Interview Details – There is an initial call from a recruiter expalining the basics of the job. Then there is an Computer Assessment. After that if you pass you interview with a department manager. Then you should get a reply if you were hired by the end of the week.

Interview Details – I heard about the job through university career services website and job fair. Laid back initial interview with behavioral based questions. I was invited back to Minneapolis to visit HQ, and spent about a day touring and interviewing with other student candidates from around the midwest. The interview on site consisted of more behavioral based questions and a mock sales phone call. Great building, great people, but a SALES job. Very competitive and results-driven.
