I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Aon Hewitt in March 2011.

Interview Details – One phone interview which covered your resume and a few basic questions. If you passed that screening you were then interviewed by a team manager. Most questions asked in this interview were situational.

Negotiation Details – You can negotiate at salary they will offer 30k to start be sure to negotiate.
