The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Aon (Orlando, FL) in April 2012.


HR e-mailed me and asked me to provide them with pre-screening questions. I did this, and they e-mailed back within 5 business days. I was given a time for an itnerview (I rescheduled) and interviewed a day later. The interview consisted of a few easy discussion questions at first, then I was told about the organization, how the chain of command would work, where my upward mobility lies, and what kind of work it takes to get to each stage. After this was discussed, I was asked two specific behavioral questions.
These questions were:

  • 1. Discuss a time when you learned a technical skill or process with little to no instructions.   Answer Question
  • 2. Discuss a time when you uncovered a problem within a process/unit. What was the problem. What actions did you take to solve it. What tools/resources did you use to solve it. What was the outcome? How did you get to the outcome?   Answer Question
