I applied online and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Apple in April 2010.

Interview Details – I applied online and received an email saying that there was a Invitation-Only Training Seminar being held that following Sunday. It was an intimidating group interview consisting of small groups of 4 or 5 reading off scenarios and taking turns as how you would answer if you were an Apple employee. After you answered (and as you were answering) the actual Apple employees took down notes according to your response. It was definitely not what I was expecting. A day later I received a phone call saying that the recruiter wanted to set up a 1:1 interview this weekend.

Interview Question – If a customer came in with only 15 minutes of his time, and could not get his wireless working, what would you do? Keep in mind that the Genius' are all booked for the day, and no one else is on staff to help you.   Answer Question
