Interview Details – Being known to company as employee for last 8.3 years, this offer for a retainership on part-time basis was a courtesy review and requirement for assisting HRD's special assignment of 'Performance Management System' for employees along with the Salary Revisit Exercise.

The need was specifically stated and the role was made clear.
