Project Manager, Market Intelligence Interview

Project Manager, Market Intelligence

I applied through college or university and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at BP in September 2011.

Interview Details – BP visited our college and then I decided to apply for it. They had a very good job profile and traditionally have paid good salaries. The first round interview was behavioral and lasted for 45 mins. The second round interview was after two weeks which was onsite in Naperville. This was a combination of behavioral and a case interview. The whole process lasted for about 5 hours. Then they got back to us in a weeks time.

Interview Question – Tell me about a time type of questions. Leadership, teamwork and proudest moment in life, etc and the difficulties faced during these experiences and lessons learned.   Answer Question

Reason for Declining – I have not exactly declined it as of now, but am considering other options over this one because I feel that the salary they are offering is a less than industry standards.
