    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at Baldor Electric (Gainesville, GA) in January 2012.

    Interview

Short interview with HR Manager, Production Supervisor, and a brief tour through manufacturing plant. During the plant tour several areas of production were shown to me, but was not shown where I'd be working. These things are extremely important to me. and I feel should be shown to potential employees.
