    Interview

    I was approached by an HR rep from Ballys. I spoke to her in the initial screening and then I spoke with the hiring manager. After the phone screening, I was flown to Las Vegas for a face to face interview and tour. The process wasn't hard, but seemed to be very slow. Very low level technical questions.

    Once the resume is shortlisted you will get the call from HR , then you will be having the written test in Bally . Once i Completed the written test , they took me 30 min to announce the result , later they told me to wait for another 30 min for face to face interview but then it ended up me waiting for more than 2 hours . It is very pathetic. They will make us wait for long time.( i saw some of people fed of waiting and leave the premises)

    • The interviewer doesn't know the basic , how string and char will work. They will ask some of questions which doesn't have answer.(kind of he want to showcase ). Later I did ask the answer for the questions which he asked he said go and google.   Answer Question

    First thing is they dont have any time management. I went twice for 2 rounds of interview. Each time i had to wait for more than 1 hr. HR is completely useless and wont speak to you at all and keep you in complete dark about what is happening. And i applied for technical role but questions were asked looks like completely people management. Questions were complete generic like how do you mentor the juniors etc. Technically i found they are below average.

    1. Phone discussion by HR. 2. Programming test. 3. Panel interview with HR, Mgr and Lead (tech + behaviour). Content: Expect technical questions, sample programs etc. Typical behavioral questions. Some cold vibes During the interview: I asked what platform/technology you use for the product which was snubbed aside saying its "confidential"..(expected at least a kind response that its proprietary/requires NDA) Called up after interview (first business day after long weekend) and HR was already acting like they did not know me!! The final response after all the process was just a copy paste response "your application has been unsuccessful..." on the e-mail and unreachable for any further feedback.

    Interview Process includes 4 rounds Dot net development.Round 1: Technical multiple choice questions, this will be the toughest round there; Round 2: Technical F2F with PM, it will be comfortable and friendly for those who well worse with project knowledge and deeper basic concepts. Round 3: Director round, it will be testing about strengths and problem facing and solving skills. Round 4: HR round, its about salary negotiation and work commitment and existence in the company.
