Threat Manager/Protective Services Interview

Threat Manager/Protective Services
Dallas, TX

I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Bank of America in May 2012.

Interview Details – Initially contacted by recruiter to set up three interviews with would-be peers. We also discussed the position in detail. #1 was an hour long phone interviews with basic questions about my experience and how it fit with the job, nothing tricky. Questions seemed made-up by interviewer. #2 was shorter with same content. #3 was even shorter with basic warnings about negatives of job to make sure I knew what I was getting into.

About a week later I did a teleconference interview with the manager. I had to travel to a nearby BofA office to do this. It was very relaxed with some scenario questions. This lasted an hour. Nothing tricky, but glad to did some research on some related subject matter previously.

A couple weeks later I got word I was not moving forward. Everyone was very nice.
