    Interview

Pretty standard process. You apply. They call. You do a phone interview. In my case I was out of town so my final interview was phone as well. They aren't exactly looking for rocket scientists so as along as you are a normal, enthusiastic person, you will do fine.

    Interview

Very simple and they asked personality like questions. The people giving me the interview were very nice and personable. I did ask them at the end of the interview what advice would they give me and what things can I work on with interviewing. They gave me great feedback that I will definitely use in the future.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Bank of America (Kennesaw, GA) in February 2015.

    Interview

100 people in one crowded auditorium. They called us in to interview by the tens, like speeding dating. They had about 8-10 interviewers, I believe they were all the managers. I was given 5 mins to shine, before being rushed off with the typical, "We'll be in touch." I honestly was surprised I got an offer, the manager was nice and friendly, but he seemed plastic. In fact, right after he asked if I had any questions he got up and headed out. I had to ask my question in the hallway on the way out. In their defense, they had a lot of candidates to interview, this interview was a day late due to bad weather. I can only imagine the stress and rush they were under. I let that pass and accepted the job. I am curious about why they are hiring so many people. I heard there's a high turn over. I'm still kinda nervous this might be a scam or the biggest mistake of my life. But I read somewhere when you feel the anxiety is when you jump.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Bank of America (Kennesaw, GA) in February 2015.

    Interview

It took me 2 hours to finish an application and several assessments for the position. A few days later I was emailed and scheduled for a phone interview. Following the phone interview I was told a background check would be run. After the background check I was schedules for a face to face interview. The face to face interview was with 2 Fraud Supervisors who were working(monitoring other employees) while conducting the interview. Very little eye contact was given, and most of the questions centered around why I wanted to leave my current job and things that I put on my resume.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Bank of America in January 2015.

    Interview

Applied online and received email to complete online assessment. After the assessment I was contacted through email to schedule a 30 minute phone interview. She called on time a couple days later. Some of the questions included ..What were my goals, Why did I leave my last job, Tell about a time I had to deal with an upset customer, Name a time I went above and beyond for a customer. She then said she wanted to schedule me for a face to face interview and sent me the ASI background check information. I completed the ASI information and went to my face to face on Monday (phone interview was Thurs). I was scheduled to meet with a panel of 3 supervisors but they were really busy so I ended up meeting with one supervisor. He didn't take any notes and asked me more behavioral questions like a time I experienced a management change, tell about a time I took criticism, Why they should choose me over another candidate, what have I done to improve my skills. I really winged a few of those as I felt I over prepared. I ended with a couple pretty great questions that opened him up and he had to look at his watch because he had went over. Because he hadn't given me a card I tracked him down online and sent a follow-up email Fri. That same day I got a call to verify some information for my background check. On Mon I received an email to call my recruiter. I did and she offered me the position.
