    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3+ weeksinterviewed at Bank of America (Jersey City, NJ) in February 2015.

    Interview

Applied through school's job board. I applied for a developer position, but wasn't interviewed by a developer. No behavioral or technical questions. Pretty much had me ask him questions about the company for 90% of the time. Interviewer was friendly but the interview seemed pointless.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Bank of America.

    Interview

    Applied through college career center.
Phone interview with 3 different people from two different offices.
Received an offer a few weeks after.

The people were very kind and engaging.
They were professional, but a lot easier to talk to than other interviewers I've had.

The recruiters, those who have contacted me after the offer, are very nice too and they try to be accommodating with deadline extensions, questions, etc. However, they did not allow a full-week deadline extension, which basically compelled me to accept the offer since the other opportunities would not get back to me until later.

BofA made an offer pretty early on, in late February. And even in March companies are still recruiting, so it makes trying out for others less possible. however, BofA is a good company so I am still grateful.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at Bank of America (Prince, NY) in February 2012.

    Interview

I applied the job on our school career website and they contact me for an on campus interview. I met with two recruitors each by half an hour. One recruitor is from U.S Trust and another is from Merril Lynch. U.S trust deals with bigger clients with more than 1 million investable assets and Merril services smaller clients with $100,000 investable fund. It only takes 1 interview for them to finalize their decision and they only hire three for their office during the summer.

Applied online through my university career website. Got an email a few weeks later inviting me for an interview. The interview took place with a member of the group that was hiring and he basically just told me what job consisted of and what my duties would be. He asked me to tell me about myself and what if I would be comfortable making cold calls and was hired on the spot.

    Interview

i Submitted my resume through my school's career services website. I got an offer to go to an recruitment dinner with approximately 20 other students. There we met a few HR reps, and I was invited back to interview. Went over the basics, such as walk me through your resume, personality questions, and fit questions. We did not really go over that many technical questions. The interview was more of a conversation.
