Interview Details – Applied online through Bank of America and was contacted by the recruiter via telephone. Set up a phone interview for later on the week. Once the phone interview was complete a call center test was scheduled. After passing the test, a in person interview was set up. The one on one interview was standard, why work here, what makes you better than the other candidates, and so forth. Relaxed interview no panel.
