I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (San Francisco, CA) in April 2015.

    Interview

Interview process with BOA is the worst experience I've ever had. Managers and recruiter seemed not to be on the same page. I have passed the 2 hour online assessment. They dragged my 4 interviews (both one on one and panel)about over a month just to tell me in the end they've already hired somebody else. Wish they would have informed me after the 1st or even 2nd interview that I'm not the fit they're looking for instead of wasting my time for the over a month! They don't return emails or doesn't deliver what was promised. Very unprofessional, I should have listened to colleagues and former employees that I'm just wasting my time with them, bad customer service and all.

I applied online and I got contacted to see if I was still interested for the position. She sent me a pre screening application to fill out and scheduled me for a phone interview. The phone interview was about an hour long. A week later I interviewed with a branch manager, the interview was about an hour long. She contact her boss right after to see if she can meet me the same day. About an hour later I met with the area manager and that interview was about 40 mins. It's been around 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything yet. Anyone else experienced a long wait?

    Financial Center Manager II Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bank of America (Overland Park, KS) in April 2015.

    Interview

Multiple online assessments, followed by a phone interview with HR, an in-person interview with the Market Manager, and a phone interview with the Area Executive - VP. It was extensive, but fair. It was also thorough, but not redundant. At each stage I was encouraged to ask questions of my own, and there appeared to be a genuine interest in hearing what I had to say. It was a positive process.
