Vision Care Territory Manager at Bausch & Lomb

No Offer – Interviewed in Mar 2011 – Reviewed Jun 22, 2011

Interview Details – Applied through school career site, I was immediately contacts for a phone screen. I was told after the phone screen they would be reviewing all candidates and inviting the top ones to the headquarters in Rochester, NY.

A few weeks later I was invited to Rochester I had a brief interview with someone in HR and then a 1:1 interview with the Vision Care Sales Manager and another 1:1 with the Vision Care VP. Both interviews went good. I was contacted the next week and told that I did not get the position. Like someone else mentioned even though this is an entry level position, they are looking for candidates with recent sales experience. Overall it was a great experience and I will be applying again in a couple years when I get some experience under my belt.
