I applied online – interviewed at Bell Canada in September 2014.

    Interview Details

I passed the first step in the process, the video screening. I had 7 questions to answer, behavioral questions. It wasn't big deal, but just the fact of recording yourself was a bit unusual, as if I was talking alone. And also it was timed.
The main focus was on leadership skills, how you deal with people, how you manage people...and so on... And also you need to be very sharp and quick with your answers. :)
