Interview Details – Got a call for a 1:1, and went in for the interview. Very straight forward, asked about my customer service experience, as well as my technical experience. A few troubleshooting questions that are not hard to answer. It was a very informal interview, nothing stressful. The questions dealt more with customer service than anything else
