No Offer – Interviewed in Washington, DC Sep 2011 – Reviewed Oct 25, 2011
Interview Details – My first interview was by phone with a recruiter and they called me in for a second interview. Thanks to reading reviews here, I was prepared for the speed-dating style which was pleasant and went well. Still haven't heard anything, but I've been told it can take several weeks.

Accepted Offer – Reviewed Jan 11, 2013
Interview Details – There were several rounds of interviews including a interview with a recruiter, followed by lightning-round interview where you meet with 3 people for 15 minutes at a time, these people are mostly volunteers who have been with the form for at least 6 months and work in the capability you're interested in. The next interview is more like a group interview that takes place rather informally following the lighting-interviews. This is a typical style for people being recruiter by the firm through colleges and universities.
Interview Question – Think of a manger you liked in a previous job, what are 4 characteristics you thought made them a good manager? Once you answer the follow up is which 3 of those characteristics describe you/ do you poses? Answer Question

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Dec 2009 – Reviewed Jun 16, 2010
Interview Details – The HR staff was not exactly helpful in this process. The recruiters are consultants and do not seem to necessarily have your best interest at heart. They focus on the process itself as opposed to listening to the candidate. I was told a number of times that they had an interest but that they could not give me a job description or any relevant details.
Interview Question – What would you say your functional expertise is? This question was difficult because in communications you are often a generalist. Answer Question
