    Interview Details

    Heard of the job through a staffing agency. Standard interview -- overall impressions of professionalism count for a lot. Being on point, showing that you are someone with good time management and an excellent ability to execute tasks counts for a lot. The position is basically assimilating and carrying out the same set of tasks every day. The challenges therefore are not variable, however you need an excellent attention to detail and an ability to get your work done in a very time efficient manner.
    Demonstrating that you're a fast learner (so as so quickly adopt the methodology) and have a rigorous work ethic will help get the job.

In the first interview, the interviewer ask me about my personality and qualities about yourself, the second explain how the company works and what your position is. The last part was, the typical interview which included question like what would you do with customers complain about you and so on.

    We had an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The interview was set up by a temp agency, and the temp agency handled everything in terms of when I got accepted (got a call back that day) and coordination of all the required documents. You also need to get finger-printed.

    I was a referral from a senior employee. I had two interviews in one sitting, each with two manager level people. One was fairly intense and that focused on prior experience, school, etc. The other interview was very laid back and casual. The focus of the second interview seemed to be to get a read on my personality.

A lot of background is given about the company and the potential employee's team. Daily functions are discussed in great detail. There is a lot of time given to ask questions to become more familiar with the interviewer
