I applied online to the BWW in the town I was moving to for college. About two weeks later I got a call asking if I could come in for an interview the following week. I went there on that Monday and he asked general questions like why do I want to work for BWW and do I have any favorite sports/teams. He emphasized that NFL was the major focus for them.

I found an ad on craigslist about a new location opening and a big job fair they were having, so i went. it was a woman interviewing about 30 of us and she collected our resumes and asked us questions--"why do we want to work here, our experience. she initially told us that the new location really wanted experienced people and i only had a month of food service experience but since i was applying for a position as a cashier, which i had experience in, i figured it didn't matter. she also said personality is important, so i made sure i stood out by raising my hand for every question. she then began picking picking for second interviews and i was one of them. on the second interview i sat down with one of the managers and we actually had a fun time. we were laughing and joking and it seemed to be going well. i was actually there longer than the girl interviewing beside us. one thing that put him off was my short experience in retail but i tried to work past that. when the interview was over, he told me to expect a call at 6 or 7 that night. i never got a call back.

They called me a few days after I applied. Went in for first interview they ask a few generic questions, took about 15 minutes. Was told I got second interview, came in few days later for that and was asked the same 5 generic questions. He offered the job and set me up for an orientation a few days later. At orientation they gave me my uniform, which is a football jersey, told me some store policies and had me fill out papers. Took them about 3 weeks to schedule my first shift, after my hire in date.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Buffalo Wild Wings in June 2013.

    Interview Details

I had submitted my application on a Monday, and I called them and spoke with Joe (the GM) on Wednesday, and I got an interview for that Friday with Bernie (another manager). Basically, if you show interest in wanting to be employed by bdubs, they will try to hire you. I did not know what to expect at the interview, but I brought along my resume (with an attached copy of references, BIG HELP) and dressed in khakis and a blue polo. The questions were very general and predictable, for example, how would you handle a difficult customer, what role does accountability have in a job this type, etc. They also asked about sports (obviously), which sport is your favorite and which team you root for. Add a little bit of you into every question you answer but keep it professional as well.

    Interview Questions
    • How would you/have you handled a difficult customer in the past?
I never had experience with any customers and I had no idea what to say. I basically drew a blank, but all the other questions were pretty simple.

I applied online. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at Buffalo Wild Wings in February 2013.

    Interview Details

I applied online and someone called me the next week to set up an interview. The women on the phone told me that the process would take up to two hours. I was really suprised at that. They are opening a new location in Lakewood CA. When I got to the interview there were about ten people there and more coming. During the interview the interviewer told me they have about 2400 people that applied for that job. I was intimitated by that. I was also the oldest one there. I am in my early 30's and everyone there was like 10. He asked why Buffalo Wild wings? What was my favorite thing there? Which location I went to?

I applied online – interviewed at Buffalo Wild Wings in September 2012.

    Interview Details

Applied online, and got called in for an interview for that same day. Two of the managers interviewed me, and asked me a lot of questions about what I knew about the company and how my past work experiences will help me in a job at Buffalo Wild Wings. I got the job on the spot, and they took me into a separate room so that I could try on jerseys for my uniform to see which size I needed.
