    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Burtch Works in August 2014.

    Interview Details

I applied to the position through my university's job page, and received an email within 3 days of submitting my resume/cover letter asking to set up a phone call. The call started promptly at the time it was scheduled for, and was a good experience overall. The interviewer asked me several questions about my academic, student leadership, and work experiences. The questions were straightforward, but detailed. The call lasted for about 30 minutes and ended with the promise of a quick response. I was scheduled for an in-person interview within a couple of days.

The in-person interview lasted for about 2 hours, and I spoke with 6 individuals. The questions were heavily focused on my past work experiences, organizational skills/practices, and ability to manage a heavy work load. Everyone I spoke with was very nice, and made sure to engage in a genuine personal conversation before digging into the more detailed questions. I was at ease during the entire process, and found it to be one of the most enjoyable interviews I have had.

    Interview Questions
    • I was interviewing for an entry level associate position, so the questions were straightforward, and had no real technical component. The interviewers were very engaged in the question asking, and answering. I was given several opportunities to clarify answer, which set a friendly tone to the interview.   Answer Question
