Applied from typical Monster listing. Went in for one interview, had a follow up call then negotiated salary. They were bound by corporate salary listing, but it was decently and respectfully handled.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at CBS Outdoor in March 2012.

    Interview Details

I applied online even though I was referred by a friend who worked at CBS Outdoor. They often ask employees for referrals. I was asked to come in for an interview and was given the job after coming back for a second one. The interview process went relatively quickly but the background check lagged.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at CBS Outdoor in August 2010.

    Interview Details

The interview was very basic. Questions about past experiences, strengths and weaknesses, and accomplishments were asked. I was first contacted about the interview a week after I submitted my resume. I went in for the interview, and it lasted for about 20-25 minutes. There were 3 people interviewing me, but only one was asking questions. It was not a hard process at all.

Very casual in nature. I was asked about my background and work history. Included a few behavioral questions and my reaction to some scenarios. Asked my thoughts about certain workplace conditions. I think I made a very good impression during phone interview.
