16 Month Co-op - Process Analyst Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate
Toronto, ON (Canada)

I applied through college or university and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at CIBC in November 2012.

Interview Details – Pretty simple- Applied through my school's career portal, received a call about 2 weeks later to schedule an interview. Did not submit transcripts.

Interview Question – Tell me a time when you improved a process   Answer Question

Reason for Declining – Process analysis in a large banks is too slow for me. Sounded very bureaucratic- a lot of red tape to get anything done.
