Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter Interview

Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter
Castro Valley, CA

The process took 1 week - interviewed at CVH Home Health in March 2010.

Interview Details – First impression was negative: the girl at the front desk looked miserable. At the time, I didn't know they were going to let her go due to attitude. Completed a panel interview with the Board of Directors. They were easy to talk to. I enjoyed my time with them.

Negotiation Details – Did not negotiate. Offer was emailed and salary was noted within the offer letter. This is a touchy subject because you may not want to ask "is the salary negotiable" during the initial interview. I did not know there would not be a 2nd interview. As a phone call was not made to offer me the role, communication was completed via email.
