    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Cambridge Associates, LLC (Arlington, VA) in June 2015.

    Interview

There were 3 rounds to the interview process. The phone screening was with a recruiter in the Boston office - very standard behavioral questions. Definitely tailor your answers to the position you're looking to get, don't be too general but also too specific.

The next round I met separately with a bunch of people who would be my potential colleagues, and my potential boss. Again, lots of behavioral questions, "why finance" questions, and situational since my background isn't financial. Keep your answers the same, consistency and good communication is key. I also did a case study that related to the position. Nothing terribly hard, and they didn't expect me to do amazing on the math part because I was up front that I didn't have a background in finance, no biggie.

Last round was with more potential colleagues, potential boss again, and then the head of ASG. More behavioral questions and situational as well. I had my interview on a Monday morning and they called that evening with an offer!

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took a weekinterviewed at Cambridge Associates, LLC (Washington, DC) in March 2015.

    Interview

Applied through campus recruiting. Had an on campus interview, 1 on 1 with an alumni who currently works at Cambridge. Basic interview questions involving strengths, weaknesses, and interests. Make sure you know what the job you are applying for entails because they will ask about it. Asked back to go to a "super day." Excited for this opportunity!

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Cambridge Associates, LLC (Arlington, VA) in December 2014.

    Interview

Campus recruitment --> Phone screening --> On-site Interview "Super Day" --> Offer

The on-site interview is basically just 3 back-to-back behavioral interviews, 1 case interview, and 1 lunch (basically another interview). It was a stressful 3 hours, but very rewarding as well. If you prepared for this interview very well, then I would say you are probably ready for many other interviews as well.

    Interview

I applied online and was contacted within a few days by the hiring manager who requested to schedule a phone interview with me that week. The phone interview was approximately 15 minutes long, most questions were conventional where he asked me to talk about myself and my experiences. At the end of the phone call I was asked to come into the office for multiple second round interviews.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeksinterviewed at Cambridge Associates, LLC (Arlington, VA).

    Interview

I applied online and about a month later, I received an email requesting a phone interview. The phone interview was basic, running through the resume. Then two weeks later, I was called in for a group interview where you listen to a presentation about the company for about thirty minutes and then have three individual interviews with assistant managers. The last interview I had was a writing sample, two round table discussions with people who have the job you are applying for, an interview with an assistant manager, and then the manager.

They repeat the questions a lot. They try to make you nervous by asking a lot of questions in a short amount of time. It's really not that bad.
