    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6+ weeksinterviewed at Cannondale (Bethel, CT) in January 2013.

    Interview

    1) had a phone interview with recruiter
    2) had a phone interview with recruiter's manager
    3) had a phone interview with hiring manager
    4) had an in person interview with hiring manager, operations EVP, and Finance EVP.

Overall Feel: It was a nice place, the people were friendly, however the interview felt a bit rehearsed, like they had been interviewing for this role a long time. I liked the interviewers overall and felt like they were people I could connect with and work for on a daily basis.

    Interview Questions

    • Asked a couple of brain teasers that were unexpected from this industry.   Answer Question

    Reasons for Declining

Was offered a salary below my current salary and way below the minimum salary requirements I communicated to the recruiter. It seems that the problem with this role, is that they are offering below the industry average for the skill-sets they are asking for.
