Interview Details – First round telephone interview. Calculate profitability of an advertising campaign. Conceptually very easy, few math mistakes. Sales data was given for a 2 month interval - be careful with units. No fit component to the interview at all. Interviewer was very friendly. With telephone interviews I think it is important to speak your math steps out loud as you go.

Interview Details –
The first round was an easy case interview, 2nd round was online tests, and the 3rd round consisted of 3 in-person interviews at their office in Richmond. One was behavioral and 2 were case. The case interviews were definitely more challenging than in the first round. I am not allowed to describe the case problem, but they were quantitative in nature, not mind benders such as "Why are manhole covers round?
The people who interviewed were very nice and courteous. After the interviews, we got a free lunch and a tour of the building.
Interview Question – Solve a case question in which you are merging two firms. With new acquisition, are you losing or saving money? Can you identify ways to save the firm money? Answer Question

Interview Details – It was a hit-or-miss case interview. The case itself was simply but if you are stuck on one part, you are basically dinged. The company did say during the company presentation that only 5% of all applicants are eventually hired.

Interview Details – I was not told that it would be a 30-minute case study until 4 minutes before the interview began. It was a case about comparing two industries and which one to target, followed by some calculations. There was a calculator available for use. The interviewer was super nice and guided me through some tough spots.
