I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Cardinal Health.

    Interview Details

I applied by an outside recruiter during the summer but got rejected. Several months later, I got a call by the internal recruiter and had the usual phone screen and group interview. They moved quickly and I sensed that a possible offer was about to develop. However, I backed off because I noticed some red flags during the interview process and did not want to proceed further.

I applied online – interviewed at Cardinal Health.

    Interview Details

After two months and four interviews, they decided to go with an internal candidate even after stating that if they had internal candidates worthy of the job they wouldn't have opened it up for outside applicants. Very frustrating to say the least.
Since I was an out-of-town applicant, my process involved two phone interviews with recruiters (seemingly the same interview), a conference call interview with three managers at the Kansas City site, and then another phone interview with the regional HR director.
All interviews, according to them, went very well and I was 1 of 3 prospects left.

    Interview Questions
    • During my 3rd interview I was asked behavioral interview questions which I really don't like. They aren't difficult if you prepare.   Answer Question

    Operations Manager Interview

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Cardinal Health in March 2014.

    Interview Details

Applied online and was contacted a few weeks later. The call came in the evening and I almost mistook it for a spam call. A phone interview was scheduled for the following morning but the interviewer never called me. I reached out to him several times and left messages to reschedule. I never received a return call. Instead, I received an email 2 weeks later saying that a more qualified candidate was hired. I'm at a loss to determine how I was deemed less qualified when I never had an interview.
