Interview Details – Standard corporate interview process. Interviewed with 2 managers, a director and the HR recruiter individually. Both managers asked questions from the usual script, the director and HR recruiter focused more on personality/cultural fit. The big key was having an "in" with an existing employee and a friend of the HR recruiter.
Interview Question – Experience with excel, investment operations. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – They offered and it was non-negotiable

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Dayton, OH Feb 2012 – Reviewed Dec 1, 2012
Interview Details – I sought out Cargill looking for a job. They forwarded my resume onto the appropriate person. I was contacted a few weeks later. An interview was set up. I met with my department manager and plant engineer. A few weeks later I received an offer via email.
Interview Question – Do you have any questions about us? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I ACCEPTED their initial offer. A few weeks later they made me a second better offer.
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Minneapolis, MN Jul 2011 – Reviewed Dec 1, 2012
Interview Details – Asked situational type of questions. For example: "Name a time where you....". They will ask if you are willing to relocate. If you want a job with this company, you should say 'yes'. To help, go to their website and use key words in your interview that you often see on their website, such as 'commitment to serve', 'commitment', 'integrity'....
Interview Question – Nothing really, just google interview questions relating to situations and you'll do fine. I have heard that they might ask you a theoretical situation if you're an engineer, although I never encountered that. For example, they might refer to a fluid dynamic situation and they want to know your response for that situation. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – They will give you a list of locations and you can select up to two locations. First come first serve, and you're not the only one given the list, so choose quickly or your location will be gone! Please note that for new hires, the salary is a set amount. So if you want to move to California and you're not going to make enough to live there initially, don't expect a salary increase to compensate for living expenses. Best to choose a less costly area for your first job location and them move to your dream location. I believe they compensate for living expenses for job #2 and beyond.
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Minneapolis, MN Oct 2012 – Reviewed Oct 15, 2012
Interview Details – Set up interview through college recruiting website. Interview was pretty relaxed. Mostly behavioral questions and "why us" "why you" type questions. Everyone was very professional and courteous. For internships it is a one round interview and they make decisions based on that one interview. Received offer within a few days. Just polish what you're going to say and be concise in the interview. Two interviewers back and forth with questions.
Interview Question – What have you done to gain someone's trust and how did you do it? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No negotiation.
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Minneapolis, MN Oct 2009 – Reviewed Sep 4, 2012
Interview Details – HR will scan resumes and look for key words. Job titles can be confusing & misleading. A "Strategic Partner" is a much higher job than a "Global Function Leader". It's always best to have an internal referral point you to the correct job to consider. HR is very unorganized and slow.
Interview Question – Tell me about a time.... (all behavior based questions) If you get beyond behavior questions you're doing great. Otherwise, just checkin the boxes.... Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Offered a salary and that was it.
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Cincinnati, OH Sep 2010 – Reviewed Jun 7, 2012

Interview Question – How soon can you start. ;) Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Was able to negotiate new salary once performance was proven.
Pros: When HR wasn't run by some young thinks-he-knows-it-all brown-noser, hourly employees mattered and were cared for by the company. Now money outweighs employees. – Full Review `
