I applied in-person and the process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at Cegedim in February 2009.

Interview Details – Technical Support Analyst requires you to be with the company for a few years before you can apply, this position is considered Tier2. Interviews are based on the client and general overall technical knowledge. Most of it is end user support questions, registry, virus removal, and client based policy questions.
