    Interview was requested via email. Once confirmed, a request for a sample of writing as pertained to job description. Request to clarify the type of writing resulted in responding with exactly the same verbiage. Found out in interview it was part of the interview- no right or wing answer, but had to justify why I responded the way I did.

    Contacted first by phone 3 weeks after I submitted my application online to set up an in-person interview with the purchasing team and was asked basic STAR framework questions, and one question on my knowledge of the programs they used. Was contacted a week later for a second interview with the managers and asked very similar questions as in the first interview.

    Interview Details

    Applied online and received a call about a week later from the head of warehousing asking me some questions and wanting to set up an in person interview for a few days later. Showed up and it started by giving me quick tour of where I would be working and a quick explanation of what I'd be responsible for. The entire interview was a pretty basic interview you'd get from anywhere. Why do you think you'd be a good fit, what do you know about Charter as a company, what would you bring to the team, your strengths and weaknesses. The entire interview lasts as long as you want it to, depending how much or how little you want to share. Lasted about 20 minutes for me. The manager thanked me in the end and told me he'd be in touch either way by phone or email letting me know his choice. I received an email a couple weeks later informing me that I had not been selected for the position

    Applied online and got a call a few days later - had a phone interview with a very nice gentleman who invited me to come in for a 1:1 interview the next day. This included an assessment which was very easy. The interview however was tough and I don't know why they would make it so rough on an applicant - all 10 questions were ... 'give me an example of a time....'. I answered all questions with no problem, and I thought I nailed the test and interview even though the lady interviewing me had a 'Nurse Ratchet' personality. I was shocked when I got the 'Dear John' e-mail.

    I received a call from one of the hr reps to do a 10-15 minute phone interview which the rep asked my a few scenario questions and briefly asked about my availability she then told me to check my email the following day where I would find a test and questionnaire once I completes that I would hear from someone to set up and face to face interview. I completed the test and within 48 hours I received a call asking me to come in for a second interview we set up the interview on Thursday and Monday morning I had the interview the supervisor that interviewed me introduced herself and asked me if I had any questions for her which I did but I found it kind of strange that she would ask me that in the beginning of the interview since those questions are usually asked in the end of an interview we then continued on to the interview where she asked me at least 10 questions again based on past scenarios at previous jobs I noticed the lady had a blank stare when I started to give my explanations on my previous experiences she quickly went through the questions and told me that she would give the information to the hiring managers which would then make their decisions for whom they will choose to hire but I should hear something back within 24-48 hrs. I was pretty confident with my 2 interviews i had and also with the test I had taken since I do have previous call center experience after the 2nd day past i didn't hear anything back so i gave one of the hr. managers a call to inquiry she then stated that i should of received an email and they had did all of there hiring before i had my second interview she also stated that there were several of applicants that applied but did not get hired. i was satisfied with her answer until i started looking over my notes and in the initial phone interview the lady told me they were looking to hire people and start training march 3rd 2014 so now my question is did they really do all of there hiring in two weeks today is 2-22-2014 another week and a half until the training starts. so now i believe they were choosing applicant on a personal preference on whom they felt would personally fit into there center another issues was when we left from the room that i was been interviewed in the supervisor looks over in the center and starts shaking her head no but i paid it no mind then, but now i know she was telling someone no, which makes me feel uncomfortable about this interview. is charter communications being biases is there any body else out there whom feel like they were discriminated against in the interview process with Charter Communications? im curious to know was these new hires internal or external.....

    Good interview experience where you are able to meet a recruiter to get a get view of the job. At that point after applying online you will be asked to me with a supervisor or manager at which time your experience will be asked about to see if you not only have the skills but have the correct fit as well.
