Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at Chipotle.

Interview

I applied online and was called two days later. I came in the following Friday, and met a manager who was very nice and easy to talk to. We conversed for a few minutes, and he asked me to come back for a second interview.
I came back on Monday, and met with the cashier, who was also very nice. We talked for a while, before a different, sullen faced manager came over to interview me. I knew right away he didn't like me. He told me they would let me know within a week, and today I got an email containing a refusal.
The majority of the people there were kind, but one bad grape ruins the bunch.

I applied online through snag a job, then about one week later I got a phone call during which I was asked to come in that day at 4pm for a interview with the manager of the location I applied to. I dressed casually in a white shirt, black dress pants, and dress shoes. The interview I felt went very well I was interviewed with another girl and I am waiting to be emailed or called for a second interview. I would love to work at chipotle so I am crossing my fingers I get a second interview and am hired!

    Interview

I had a group interview with 3 other people. The GM mainly just talked to us about the company and asked us for a few simple questions like our hobbies and why were interested in working at Chipotle. I think the interview went well. I'm still waiting on an email back for a second interview.

    Interview

It was a group interview with about 10 people. The manager interview us all at the same time. She went around the room and asked us to introduce ourselves. She asked each person general interview questions and tried to vary the personality questions for each person. After asking questions, she asked if anyone had questions and that we would hear a response within 48 hours.

    Interview

It was a group interview with 2 other applicants. As soon as we sat down, the interviewer brought out her clipboard and asked for our names and if we had any past work experience. She wrote our answers and then set the clipboard down. The interview should have ended right there and then as it was obviously the only thing that was taken into consideration. As the interview continued, it was clear she was only asking questions to kill the time. Wasted my time. They could have gotten the information straight from my application.

I applied online – interviewed at Chipotle (New York, NY).

    Interview

I walked in and was told to sit with like seven other people. It was a group interview conducted by the general manager and the apprentice. The kitchen manager was there for a while too. You had to introduce yourself and say why you want to work at Chipotle. They would ask a question and then we would take turns answering it. It was really short (half an hour), the GM seemed impressed by my knowledge of chipotle's background and the terms and the mission statement, no other applicant was familiar with it. I'm honestly surprised that I wasn't asked back for a second interview, maybe they didn't want someone who knew about the company idk. Literally the next day they emailed that they were unable to offer me the job, so you will hear back quickly.

    Interview

This was a group interview and there were around 15 people. The manager and the crew asked questions and we each got a turn to answer. I got a second interview right away. The crew and manager were really nice and funny. I'm still waiting for a call from them.

    Interview

I applied online and received a phone to come in a week later. I was there along with 3 other candidates. The GM and another worker took us outside. I have to say that this was the most unprofessional interview I have been to. The worker looked at this sheet that had questions and said she had no idea how to conduct an interview to the GM. She asked 2 questions until she was called in by a worker to put things away. Then the GM took over and asked 1 question until a crew member came out and talked to us. He was really peppy and fun, and was the only one that seemed interested in conducting the interview. While he was talking, the GM got up and left without saying anything to us. It was really rude. The whole group interview lasted less than 10 minutes. About 5 minutes later, I was called in to have a second interview the next day. It was with one of the crew members, and she was nice. It lasted about 5 minutes, and she said to sit and wait so she could go get the GM to talk to me. A few minutes later, she came out saying that he was really busy and that they would contact me within 48 hours. 5 days later and still nothing. I wouldn't have wanted to work there anyway though based on my interview experience. The GM was really unprofessional, I really dont know how he got that position.

    Interview

The process took about a week. I applied on Sunday, got an email Wednesday and was asked to interview on Saturday. The interview process was very fast, and only took about 20 minutes. The manager I talked to was very nice and it felt more like a conversation than an interview, at the end she told me that I would find out if I would be called back for a second interview by the end of the next day. It's now Monday, so they must've moved on to another candidate.
