    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at Chipotle (Santa Rosa, CA).

    Interview

It was before opening and it was only me and the other employes, the manager only asked me two questions and began to give me a tour around the back room and meet the other workers. Another manager showed me the 13 characteristics and asked me which are my strongest and weakest. After that she told me to go wait at the front house as the other employes went to the back room for like 30 seconds, they came back and hired me on the spot, the whole process ended up being like 5-10 minutes and didn't feel like an interview at all, I ended up mot taking the job, I didn't like the idea of me only saying 3 sentences the entire time and I got a better offer.

    Interview

I was called about two days after applying. I had to wait while other applicants were being interviewed. It was very disorganized as it was the shift change, so while the manager and two crew members interviewed the other applicants, only one crew member interviewed me. By the time the manager and other crew member showed up, I'd already answered all the questions. They showed me the back and then said they'd email me. Got an email 4 hours later with a declination.

    Interview

They called me to set up a group interview. When I arrived, I was the first one. Later most of the group arrived but we had to wait an additional 30 min for the last one who could not make the assigned time slot. Ended up not even coming to the interview. The manager, a restauranteur, came to group interview us and ask us about ourselves. I did my homework since this was my 2nd Chipotle interview and I came prepared to tell them that my major is within agriculture technology and I knew all about their stand on GMO's and what new projects they were working on. He asked some other questions too and I made to chime in. I thought I did relatively well compared to the other candidates and at the end of the interview I asked a question and spoke with him on the side about my enthusiasm with Chipotle's innovative ideas. I even told him about my professor's migrating bird rice field project!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at Chipotle (New York, NY).

    Interview

I walked in, they gave me a free cup to fill, and told me to wait. it was only about a five minute wait, when the hiring manager and who i guess was a manager came to interview me. it was short and easy, mostly personal questions like "what do you want to be when you grow up?" but also a couple along the lines of "why do you want to work for us?" I studied a lot the night before, based on what others said i would need to. that studying didn't really do anything. they said they'd call back by the next friday whether i got the job or not.

    Interview

I applied online, and within the next day or two, I received an email inviting me to a "job fair" at the location I applied to - basically just show up between a certain time frame to meet the team and be interviewed. I was interviewed by two team members, who were energetic and enthusiastic the whole time. It was interviewed alongside another applicant. The questions were basic interview questions that one should expect. They did say that when hiring, they were looking for longevity and people to stay with them. In the end, this is why I believe I was not offered another interview or position there because I would only be able to be with them for the summer. But all in all, it was a positive interview experience and they were very timely with their work.

    Interview

I applied online and was called two days later. I came in the following Friday, and met a manager who was very nice and easy to talk to. We conversed for a few minutes, and he asked me to come back for a second interview. I came back on Monday, and met with the cashier, who was also very nice. We talked for a while, before a different, sullen faced manager came over to interview me. I knew right away he didn't like me. He told me they would let me know within a week, and today I got an email containing a refusal. The majority of the people there were kind, but one bad grape ruins the bunch.
