I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Chipotle in August 2012.

Interview Details – I applied online, and had a call for an interview within the week. Only had to wait a little bit for the manager to come out. I was invited to have a soda while I waited. He went over the company's goals, and what the requirements of the position would be.

Interview Question – How much do you know about BGH-free products?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – He asked what I thought a good hourly rate would be, I gave the number listed on the advertisement. He went up fifty cents.

I applied online and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Chipotle in March 2014.

Interview Details – Applied online and within a few days got an email that the manager wanted to meet for an interview, i was very excited because this would be my first job interview and i know quite alot about this company there was another person waiting to be interviewed whom i happen to know and we were bith nervous i showed up 10 minutes early too i went first and everything went great and got asked for a second interview and the other person got the job on the spot which kinda made me upset but i knew i had another interview so i had another shot came back next day 10 minutes early again waited for the person to interview me i waited about 30-45 minutes till i finally got interviewed which was basically the same questions as the day before and there was another person who got the job on the spot. Theyre very unprofessional and no honest when it comes to telling you if you didnt get the job they just make you wonder.

He was talking on the phone for 10 minutes, ovbiously having a private conversation in Spanish. He only asked me 2 questions, told me to write my name and number down, and left.
