    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle.

    Interview

Conversational. I was interviewed multiple times by many different crew members and lastly by the general manager. The process took a bit longer than normal since the two days I came in the general manager was not there so I had to keep returning to meet with him. By the time I had met with the general manager I had already talked to many crew members so my interview with him was exceptionally brief.

Group interview for the first, second interview was just me and three employees. Basic questions and they took notes. All were really friendly. Interview

Came in for two interviews. The first was with a general manager, a few employees, and a kitchen manager. The second time, I spoke with another manager and was shown around. They were all extremely friendly and were really just trying to get to know me. Make sure you know the "Food With Integrity" policy and the "13 Characteristics" of a Chipotle employee.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle in July 2015.

    Interview

What people don't know about Chipotle is that there are usually 2-3 interviews before you get hired. The first interview will be a group interview. I've had one group interview with 8 people and I've had another with only 4, so you never know how many people you'll be interviewing with. Your interviewers will be a combination of people, once again it varies. I interviewed with the Apprentice and General Manager for the group interview. My second interview was with the Service Manager. And my third and final interview was with the Restauranteur. Interview questions are basic. They are looking for personality (13 characteristics) and someone who will "fit" in with the team. Make sure you do your research on the company or you'll look like a joke! Learned this the hard way..

    • Tell me about yourself. Why Chipotle? What do you know about Chipotle? What do you order? Have you had a previous job/work experience?   Answer Question

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Chipotle in July 2015.

    Interview

I applied for the job online and was called in for an interview less than 24 hours later, the interview was scheduled for four days later. When I went to the interview one thing they were looking for was your energy level, above anything else. Our group interview consisted of five people. At the end they told everyone to leave except for myself and another guy who was very friendly and vocal. We were interviewed several more times by several crew members and managers, all asking us basically the same questions. Everyone was very nice and friendly and we were told they would let us know in 24 hours. I did not find out until Monday (because hiring is not handled on weekends) that I had gotten the job.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Silver Spring, MD) in July 2015.

    Interview

Well at first it took almost an hour for the interview to start but that slightly made sense because Chipotle was packed but when the interview started it went pretty well. They asked me what did I know about the company and what do I know about the career path and stuff and why did I want to work at Chipotle and what made me different from all the other applicants. The interviewer was really nice and he told me all about the history of chipotle and how they get their food and meat. After all that happened I got a job offer

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Chipotle (San Jose, CA) in July 2015.

    Interview

Applied to chipotle online and got a call the next day to come in for an interview. I dressed up in business casual. Nice shirt, tie, and slacks, which definitely made me stand out from the other applicants because they came in casual attire, tanks, shorts and sandals. In retrospect, khakis and a nice shirt would have been fine. The interview was extremely casual and was to see if I fit into the chipotle family-like community and find out if I had any prior experience. Got a second interview the next day, where they the questions were more focused on my work ethic.

    Interview

I applied online and called them a couple days after. Got an interview real easily and went in on a monday while they were working. I met with the GM, there was another girl with me during the interview. He mainly talked and explained how hard it is to work there and what they do. He asked things like why chipotle, tell me about yourself, and what could you bring to the team. At the end he said he liked us and to come back Wednesday for a second interview. Went in and met with two crew members and the kitchen manager. They told us to come back monday. We talked to the crew working the day shift. They gave us a bowl on the house and we talked. They told us to step outside so they could talk and they came out and told us we were hired.

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Gilbert, AZ) in July 2015.

    Interview

I applied to Chipotle at 11pm one night and I received a call back for an interview the next morning. We scheduled an interview for the next day at 2pm and I went in and met with the apprentice of the restaurant and one of the restaurants team members. I was asked standard interview questions (It's important that you do your research before your interview, if you don't know much about the company!!!). After we finished the interview I was told they would give me a call back if interested. The next day I received a call with a job offer. Remember: when they ask "Do you have any questions?" Ask them SOMETHING. They want to really know whether you are passionate about working for Chipotle.
