Interview

Applied online and got called a day or 2 later. Went in and told them i was there for an interview and they gave me a free drink and let the manager know I was there. I sat for about 20 minutes and saw a few other people who i could tell were there for an interview as well. At the last minute they put us in a group interview which was kind of awkward but it worked out okay. They got to know us, went over pay, the different positions, and asked some other questions and took down our numbers and that was it.

    Interview

My Interview at Chipotle was definitely an interesting experience. And definitely not what I had expected. It ended up being a group interview with around eight people applying for the job, and three people interviewing us together. The majority of the questions they asked weren't normal interview questions either.

    Interview

I sent in an online application around midnight and was called the next afternoon around 12. I scheduled an interview and came in around 3. The manager was friendly and outgoing and offered me a drink, and I waited for him for about 5 minutes. When I told him about going to college out of state, he let me know that they weren't hiring seasonally and that he didn't want to waste my time, and told me to tell my friends who were looking to work long term.

    Interview

Group interview we were split into two. I was in the second group we were told to get to know each other while we sat. When it was our turn the GM came to greet us and asked us about ourselves. Then she asked what we knew about chipotle but no one in my group knew anything I was the only one. The GM was very sweet and told us about the career opportunities and more about the company. The location I applied for doesn't open for another week and a half so I'm waiting. I went to another interview the day before and I was interviewed by crew members they were nice but I didn't get the job, don't know what they were looking for but I was a bit nervous. Within 2 hours I was notified that I didn't get it.

    Interview

The manager interviewed us in pairs so she would ask a question and both of us would take turns answering. She asked us very basic questions about our strengths and weaknesses and what we thought about the company.

    Interview

It was a group interview, and it took place in the middle of a busy food court. An employee interviewed five of us around a table, and it didn't seem very professional to me. The mall was loud and it was difficult to hear the interviewer, and I'm not sure he heard us very well either. I tried to be friendly and engaging, but the day after the interview, I got an email letting me know that "we are unable to offer you a job".

    Interview

I got to the interview 10 minutes before and I notice there was 6 people already there. They called us all at once and made it a group interview which was not what I expected at all. I felt nervous because I didn't n=know how to stand out specially when I never had a job before and it was obvious everyone else had.

    Interview

I applied online for a team member position at a food court at the mall near me. The process took an hour to receive an interview confirmation and the next day I went in for an interview. I'm not going to lie, I was extremely nervous since I've had a bunch of interviews before this and I didn't get any of them. I dressed pretty casually with some black skinny jeans, a white shirt, and a denim jacket and went in for the interview, I was met with the I think assistant manager and we went along with the interview. He was extremely nice, he kept reminding me to be myself and to relax a little, he was very laid back and he made the whole interview process seem more like a conversation rather than an interview. By the end he told me that I'd have to come back for a second interview because he wanted me to meet the whole crew to see if the crew would like me, because apparently if the crew likes you during the second interview, youre basically hired, if not-- no job for you.

So I scheduled my second interview and went according to the date. I went in about 10 minutes late, because of a messed up bus schedule, but anyways I told one of the workers that I was here for my interview and the manager told me they were visited by some higher up people from the company and asked if I can wait a while, and I said sure. So I sat at a table and waited around 20 minutes and still no manager, but then some workers who were on break came up to me and we ended up talking a lot and it seemed like we got along pretty well. After 45 minutes pass, the manager says he's sorry that we can't go through with the interview that day and we will reschedule for another time. I say sure, of course what can I really say?

But by then I was actually okay, I got close with 4 of the workers which is basically part of the second interview and I was sure I could get this job. I waited for an email to come for about two days and nothing came until it did. BUT it wasn't an email about rescheduling my interview, it said they couldn't offer me the job.

This annoyed me so damn much because if I was offered a second interview I should be able to go through with it, I was there for my second interview and had to reschedule but the fact that they just dropped me without an explanation is kinda rude. I sent an email back asking why I was denied the position when they were obviously in need for new hires and when I wasnt even allowed my second interview when I passed my first one. They never replied back, and i'm still bitter about it.
