I applied online. The process took a dayinterviewed at Chipotle in June 2014.

    Interview Details

The whole process was a bit rocky as the interviewer seemed surprise applicants were at the door at the designated on an email sent out to applicants. However, she prepared it soon and it was pretty smooth asking you basic questions such as experience and what you bring to the company.

I received a job offer however the interviewer never got back to me about it.

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Chipotle in May 2014.

    Interview Details

The first interview is a group interview. The second is one on one. The first they just describe the job and ask you about yourself. The second is where they ask more job related questions. You will meet in the store with the manager. The second interview you meet the whole crew and they are the final test to see if they like you or not so be really personable while you are doing that and be prepared for them to ask you questions about your work or yourself.

    Interview Questions
    • The most difficult was meeting the crew because it was unexpected if they were going to ask a question or not. You also knew that they had to approve you if you wanted the job so instead of impressing one person you had to impress twelve.   Answer Question

Easiest interview I have ever had. He basically asked about my work background and what days I would be available. He talked a bit about the company and then showed me back into the kitchen. Then he offered me the job. I was there no more than ten minutes for my interview.

I applied online. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at Chipotle in September 2012.

    Interview Details

Very basic interview process, lady interviewed, very nice. I showed up in dress pants, nice shoes, belt, and button-up dress shirt which seemed to get me the job right off the bat. Asked questions like Why Chipotle? Do you see yourself working here long term? PT or FT? Lasted about 15 minutes. If you talk about enjoying the brand and it's values you will most likely get hired.

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Chipotle in July 2012.

    Interview Details

I applied online and was contacted by a manager via email and asked to come in for an interview. I was interviewed by a shift leader, and not the manager who originally contacted me. They also had lost my application, but luckily I brought a copy of my resume. I was not impressed with the organization, but the manager was very nice and asked the basic interview questions.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Chipotle in July 2014.

    Interview Details

This was a group interview, where we were asked about ourselves, what we know about the company and why we want to work for the company. pretty easy interview, as long as you say the right things! If you research the ingredients they use in their food, and who founded the company, that will be very impressive towards the manager or interviewer.

i was asked if i was able to work full time during my holiday from Uni, as i applied for a part time and agreed. The pay is very good, so there was no need to negotiate with the salary.
