I applied through college or university and the process took 5 weeks - interviewed at Chrysler in October 2013.
Interview Details – I talked to Chrysler at my school's career fair in September, and after applying online got an on-campus interview. The on-campus interview lasted 30 minutes and consisted of 3 behavioral based questions. It was pretty impersonal and the interviewers often interrupted each other and contradicted each other, which was irritating. A week later I received a call, and I was flown out to Auburn Hills the following Thursday for interviews on Friday morning. About 10-12 other students were flown out at once. We got a basic tour of the headquarters, and then had two one-hour interviews, which were all behavioral based questions. I had the opportunity to ask them a lot of questions which I guess was nice.
