HR has become a big organization and sometimes the recruiters don't always communicate effectively with the hiring manager. Account Manager Interview

Account Manager
Cape Town (South Africa)

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 4 months - interviewed at Cisco Systems in November 2009.

Interview Details – All interviews were done over the phone since i knew the people in Cisco that i would be working with and for.as I have worked with Cisco as a business partner before i joined Cisco.
The hiring process took longer than expected as it took quite a while from interviews until I got a letter of appointment

Interview Question – No Difficult or Unexpected Question applied as myself and the interviewers were all on the same page and working in the same field   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – The offer was not as good as i have hoped for, but I decided to accept the offer as for me at the time it was more about changing jobs and moving to Cisco, than about a very good offer.
