Online application, 30-minute phone screening/interview, received email request for in-person interview, 30-minute on-site interview, received email offering me a base salary and providing details on differential pay for nights and weekend work hours. Process was very professional and well-handled by the small on-site HR department.

    Application Details

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Citi.

    Interview Details

Applied through campus recruiting. First round phone interview about 40 minutes. Mainly talked about the market, math questions (stats), guestimates, econometrics, and interest in this position. Then invited to the final round interview. Interviewed with 6 people, from traders to directors. Mainly talked about everything on my resume and my interest in this industry. Some technical questions but they tried to make sure you have the ability to learn on the job and you have the passion for this industry.

I applied online. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Citi in November 2014.

    Interview Details

Interview process took well over a month to find the right candidate... There was several rounds of interviews some in great detail, some not so much. I was given the opportunity to meet the entire Global Risk Team that I would work with on a daily basis. The rapport was very good within the team members.

30 minute interview on the phone and 1 hr in person interview. Wasn't asked questions the guy hired me after talking 10 minutes. Recruiter came in and made offer. I wasn't too happy about the offer or the misinformation that was provided on the requisition.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Citi in November 2014.

    Interview Details

Applied through campus career fair. Had a phone interview, pretty short and informal, mostly behavioral and to hear about my qualifications and see why I was interested in applying. Then invited for super day which consisted of four interviews, roughly twenty minutes each. Majority of the questions were all behavioral.

    Interview Questions
    • Mostly behavioral. There was one "technical question" that asked what would one do given this situation to minimize costs.   Answer Question

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Citi in October 2014.

    Interview Details

I applied for Citibank on a Friday and I received a call back the following Tuesday, I had a quick phone interview about 10 minutes then the recuiter scheduled me for a face to face interview the next day. I arrived to my interview earlier so I waited patiently. Eventually, the manager came out and escorted me to a conference room. He gave me a short essay to read about what the job would entail, he had me read the last paragraph (I assumed it was to hear how I sounded.) The hiring manager didn't have my resume so I provided him with a copy. He asked a few questions and told me about the job and what all Citi had to offer.
We ended the meeting on a good note and he told me I'd hear back in one week. I hear back a little over a week later. I interviewed in Jacksonville, FL.
