Interview Details – First there was a logic test online that was for only 10 minutes. When I got successful, I received an email after 5 weeks informing me that there was an interview 1:1 to London's headquarters. At that day, there were 2 back to back interviews of half an hour each 1 on 1. The first interviewer from HR department was very friendly. We were chatting in general and then there were some questions based on achievements and personality. Second Interviewer was a director from operations asking about the role I was applied for and she wanted to see if I truly understand the responsibilities and whether I fit the role or not. After finishing with the interviews a Logic test followed again to test if we were the ones that did it on the first time.

Interview Details –
sent my cv to citigroup HR with covering letter, got a telephone interview about a month after, with 3 people interviewing me, asking me funny questions, i prepared myself properly for the interview.
i believe the main person who interviewed me had a small knowledge of the banking industry, because of the 'silly' questions she was asking me(although i was very polite with her).
not saying that bcoz i didnt get the job, but bcoz of the type of questions she was asking me.
some HR officers have no knowledge of the industry they are working in. they just are plain and bland HR officers with no specialisation.
i have 6 years relevant experience in banking and just graduated with Merit with a Master in Banking, at least i know a little bit of what am talking about.

Interview Details – Agency interview to assess suitability for the position. Informal interview with 2 HR professionals. 1/1 interview with HR Director. Nice team. Interviews were compentancy based. However, I was not a team fit. This is perfectly understandable and a reasonable decision. In my role as an HR professional, not only do I look for skills/experience to match the position, but also a 'people fit'. It is important that you can visualize an individual fitting into the team that is already in place.
